Four Rivers Outreach, founded in 2006 by Arthur Horn and Larry Watkins, is one of the largest not for profit organizations in Grayson County, Texas. The ministry provides focuses on healing lives and restoring families and individuals to a productive life style. The Four Rivers passion for the addicted and homeless is changing lives and changing the community.
